We enjoyed a lovely stay with a great group of friends. The location was perfect-just a short walk from local eateries and public transport. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff's restaurant recommendations were spot-on!
In my wife's opinion, a better breakfast would be appreciated.

Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly personel
The restaurant of the hotel was closed because of a private party. They didn't inform us about that (not even by check-in) so we had to find a restaurant last minute.

The rooms were modern and quiet, and the bathroom was reasonably spacious with a bathtub. The location was peaceful - right by a metro station and Concert Venue. Went to The Bar for drink or two, set within walking distance of the hotel.

Staying for a couple of nights to explore the beautiful city of Cologne was a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and provided great suggestions for local attractions, which made our trip more enjoyable. The spacious room was a plus, and accommodating our child with an extra bed at no additional cost was much appreciated. The location, nestled in a residential area, provided a cozy atmosphere, although street parking proved to be a bit of a challenge at times.

The spacious main room and the location
the extremelly small bathroom, especially comparing to the main room the problematic plumbings at the shower and toilet outrageously expensive internet in the room, 24.95 euros for a day when some meters away a hostel is offering 500MB for half euro for the price of the room and the four star rating i was expecting a lot more

Quiet, clean and friendly. Walkable to city centre in half an hour.
No hospitality tray to make a hot drink in the room.

The hotel is in an ideal location, just a short walk to local eateries and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring Cologne.
I found the lack of power outlets near the desk a bit inconvenient for working on my laptop.
